Beef Gelatin
One tablespoon equals one envelope. Recommended daily dosage is two level tablespoons. Take one tablespoon before or during breakfast, and one before or during dinner. To help curb appetite, take before meals. Method I: Room temperature liquids: Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favorite juice or drink. Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink. Method II: Hot liquids: Add one tablespoon to cold liquid for one minute, add hot liquid and stir until dissolved. Method III: Cold or hot cereals: Add one tablespoon to bowl of hot or cold cereal and mix completely. One tablespoon gels one pint of liquid.

(I highly recommend the book "KETO CLARITY" - (our family went keto about a month and a half ago, we each lost 20 pounds so far and feel 20 years younger and we dont HURT when we move anymore (also because of the GELATIN which is great for building up the body and joints and into-ageing and making you look great and young!!!)
Also, one of my new favorite INSANELY good recipes, is steak, cooked in olive oil with "Ninja Squirrel" Sriracha sauce (1/3 the price at whole foods), ...... serve it, there is lots of sauce. sprinkle lots of this GELATIN on the top of the served steak on teh plate. Then pour the cooked olive oil-sriracha mixture over it (that the steak cooked in). ....MMMMMMM!!!!!! What a great way to lose weight, become fat burning, FULL of energy, and feel AMAZING< look and feel 20 years younger.
Also, we got a few Keto cookbooks... the 30 day Ketogenic cleanse. Great recipes!!!
I pulled out our "Lodge" iron skillet (from amazon) and what i love about it is that it never has to be washed!!!!!!! I scrape it out then wipe it with a paper towel. No rinsing needed, etc.
Bacon and one or two eggs in the morning.
NOTE: in the GAPS diet, bone broth is very important - it heals the digestive system. It is just darn healthy. People KNEW to eat this, up until the 1050's - just like all the other wisdom that got almost wiped out in the 1950's and 1960's - when they drank canned milk and eat canned food and nothing else-eeew!! Anyway - gelatin rebuilds your cartilage - after a while you feel YOUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Look young too! grest for rebuilding the colalgen in your skin, face, body, organs.
I get this because i have not yet had time to make beef broth myself..... this seems a great shortcut and also an amazing cooking item that makes food taste extra great.
A separate note about going KETOGENIC: it means fat burning. it is not related to other stuff that sounds like it has a similar name. it means fat burning. Anyway, when you start, a TON of yeasts and bad bacterias in your body die off by the trillions - the critters making you tired all the time and hungry all the time - and your body has to deal with eliminating them. So you have 1-2 difficult weeks (at least I did). Once you convert from burning sugar (carbs) into burning FAT, then you have ENERGY ALL THE TIME!!!! LIKE YOU ARE 20 OR 40 YEARS YOUNGER!!! And you are never hungry!!!!! It is well worth helping your body. It is your body's natural state.
Speaking of fat burning VS sugar (carb) burning --- a cancer cell is a cell that does not have enough oxygen, and LOTS of sugar around it to metabolize, so it begins to metabolize sugar instead of oxygen. The cell, instead of dying, has converted the way it stays alive, in order to stay alive, It is then called a cancer cell. An Austrian doctor many decades ago won TWO NOBEL PRIZES for his work in this, which is very lengthy (oxygen/ie walking outside EVERY day without fail, and adequate water, are VITAL for health. Times 100!) I believe his last name was Warburg. Anyway, knowing that about burning sugar/carbs, VS burning fat - imagine how much healthier your body is burning fat rather than carbs. Carbs puts a terrible stress on the body - I know because i'm now one of the millions of people that has gone to fat burning and what a massive impact it has on health and energy and youth.
Into an ungreased 8" x 8" glass container I add:
36 - 40 ounces room temperature or cold juice of any kind (or sometimes I use half one juice and half another), I stir in 3/4 cup gelatin (same as 12 Tablespoons). I stir it a couple of minutes to get the big lumps out. If there are little lumps remaining, I let them be. I put it in the microwave for 4 minutes. It's only a tad warm when I take it out (this type of gello does NOT need to boil). I stir it again to make sure the lumps have dissolved - now the liquid will look more transparent. This is the time to add additions like the ones below if you want or don't add anything more. I put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and voila! It's a nice, firm jello! So easy! I cut it with a knife or spatula and pull the pieces out with my hand - yes that's right! This kind of gelatin produces jello that is so firm that it stays together and leaves no residue on your hands (never sticky!). It's great!
Other things I have added:
1. fresh pomegranite seeds
2. blueberries
3. canned mandarine oranges
How fun! And it preserves really well 2 weeks or more even with those additions as long as they are immersed into the jello. I stir them in immediately after I have microwaved.
*I noticed in reading reviews prior to buying that people were trying to spoon this into their coffee and such. That's not a good idea because Gelatin is for making jello. For stirring into your drinks, you need to purchase Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate instead.
*I usually don't add any sugar to anything. In fact, sometimes I even water down the juices a bit because it just tastes too sweet to me. However, one time I had no juice available so I used raspberry preserves with water and it still tasted great!

I started using this as a zero carb option for thickening sauces and gravies.
I also use for this as a dietary suppliant. I dissolve it in broth as a mid day snack, and find it has helped with controlling my heartburn. The price to value ratio is really good on this compared to the smaller containers or envelopes you see in the grocery stores.
I does have a slight odor...but no detectable taste. The shelf life is great...never had an issue using a container before it was even close to the best before.

En cure c'est simple il suffit de consommer une cuillère à café par jour (dans votre plat) ou bien fait des bonbons avec des petits moules c'est très facile à faire et à consommer.
We've seen a lot of the improvements mentioned by other commenters here, so I'll just pass on a handy tip instead of reiterating the preceding claims and anecdotes.
Do you hate soaking gelatin every time you want to make a cup of tea? Yeah, I hate that too... Such a pain. And mess. I was the dork that used two cups, one for soaking and one for steeping, then poured one into the other when both were ready. Don't laugh, it was my way of coping!
Here's how to fix it: Mix some gelatin into water (I use three tablespoons of gelatin in about a cup of water), pour it into a container, and stick it in the fridge. After a wee bit, it turns into a funny looking gummy. Slice the gummy! I run my knife through it a couple dozen times while it's still in the container. It doesn't have to be pretty. Now every time you make tea, go into the fridge and pick out a couple slices and drop them in your mug while the steeping is going on. They dissolve within seconds, I kid you not. And because it's only a couple slices, I can't taste or smell or, or feel it (does anyone else find it's sticky when there's a lot of it? eeeurgh...). Since I make tea a few times a day, I can easily get enough gelatin to make a small herd of cows nervous.
Does this make sense? I hope it makes sense. It's changed my life! Family members are starting to use gelatin because it's so easy now! Fewer dishes, less time spent measuring out gelatin, spilling gelatin, getting sticky countertops - win all around.
And nopers, you don't have to use hot water to make your funny giant gummy. Use cold water. Mix it in the same dish it's going to be stored in. Hell, I do, and we're all alive and doing fine with this modicum less of stress in our lives. ;D
