What you will need:


  1. I used a food processor for all of this and it worked beautifully.
  2. Put the tomatoes in and blend until chunky and pour into a bowl.
  3. Follow suit with the onions, bell pepper and parsley.
  4. Combine all ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
  5. Enjoy!
